CBPA is a stand alone contract manufacturer of UHT (ultra high temperature) beverages,
based at Taren Point in southern Sydney. The Company is a 50 / 50 joint venture between
FNP and the Perich Group.

CBPA manufactures and packages long life beverages for a range
of customers including the major retail supermarket groups in Australia, as well as the
proprietary brands under Freedom Foods “So Natural” and “Australia’s Own” Organic Soy & Rice beverage brands.
 
CBPA has capability for a broad range of product formats across dairy, soy & rice milk  beverages. The product range has recently expanded with the successful launches of contract liquid stocks and proprietary branded oat milk. a2 milk™ long life milk is also being packaged by
CBPA.
 
Dairy products account for around 50% of current output, with milk supply received from Leppington Pastoral Company and other suppliers.
 
CBPA is progressing a plan to broaden its contract packing product, customer base and resulting profitability. The focus is on building long term relationships with customers and achieving continual improvements in efficiency and output. Significant improvements have been achieved
to date with output increasing from 1.6m packs in June 2007 to a record 3m packs in September 2009.
